Company understands that Company will be invoiced annually (in advance) for AIRbase to retain Company provided information on AIRbase One. Any time any invoice remains unpaid for a period longer than 30 days, AIRbase shall have the right to remove Company provided information from AIRbase One. |

AIRbase shall not be liable for errors or omissions in any advertisement or listing beyond the cost paid by the Company for the advertisement. |

Company agrees to assume liability for the content of all information provided by Company and included on AIRbase One. |

AIRbase reserves the right to refuse to include any or all advertising, listings, or information received from any client. |
